Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, this does not include setup fees.

How can I make payment?
We accept payment via our online order system using any major credit card, the system uses an Address verification System to limit potential fraud. The system also uses a manual check to ensure card holder authority and usually involves a telephone call to the card holder, this can take up to 24 hours for a payment to successfully go through to our account and initiate setup of your package.

Do I need my own domain name?
Yes, to take advantage of any of our packages you do need to have a domain name you fully control.

What name servers do I use?
As all of our packages are virtual private servers you need to use name servers based on the domain name you own, these are setup at your domains registrar using two IP numbers we supply, the process is quite easy and our support team can help with this.

How quickly is my account setup?
Although our systems are capable of instant account creation we do not have this in operation, this is due to the need to manually clear every order to avoid unauthorized orders. This means all accounts are setup once verification has been completed, usually around 24 hours after you place the order. If you order over a weekend it may be that the account is not operational until the Monday morning.

What if I need more space or bandwidth?
This can easily be added to your account, both can be ordered via our billing center.

Can I host an adult site?
Yes, as long as the site complies with our terms and acceptable use policy, in other words it has to be legal and you have to hold copyright releases to all information, included model releases.

What happens if I go over my bandwidth quota, do you warn me?
You will be charged, we do not send out warnings but bandwidth usage is available for all packages on a daily basis. For shared and reseller accounts, if you feel you don't want to go over you can request a limit be set on your account so that it ceases to operate if you reach your limit.

What level of support do you offer?
We have defined our support levels so that there can be no confusion over what you can request support for, we also offer different levels of support if your requirements are different, check here for full details.

Do you give an uptime guarantee?
Yes, all packages come with a comprehensive service level agreement which can be found here.

Which Tier 1 providers do you get bandwidth from?
We use a multihomed network to:

  • nLayer
  • ServerCentral
  • PCCW
  • LimeLight Networks

Do your prices include EU VAT?
The prices stated do not include VAT. If your business is located in an EU country, it is your responsibility to assess and submit VAT to the appropriate authority.
